    Description

The only available same image found was a calendar lithograph from a 1906 Calendar on the 2nd page of the original calendar (according to Getty Images) --  May To August -- featuring this incredible image in portrait of a Native American woman as she kneels to take aim with a bow and arrow, 1906. The calendar was published as a promotion by the Syracuse Post-Standard newspaper. The only other image was found in different hues but the same image, which was copyrighted by Transcendental Graphics / Getty Images, and thus also, found this information. But took this out of frame and it is a heavier paper and shows no signs of having been cut on the edges.  The art work is on cardboard.  It was attempted to discover more about the art by removing the brown paper on back of frame, but the paper is glued to the cardboard so we're not going to go any further with that. It is beautiful. Her clothes, expression, the foliage around her -- her form at shooting an arrow... there is an elegance in it demonstrating a lady-warrior of charm and poise. Modern Frame -- underneath the glass one can see a bend in the card board (look for it on right side of her hair in the images)... not bad but there -- otherwise, mostly in fantastic condition.
