This map opens to 33" x 36" and has great detail on old highway alignments and route numbers.
There are numerous city insets, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Galveston, Amarillo, El Paso, Waco, Marshall, San Angelo, Odessa-Midland, Lubbock, Abilene, Austin, San Antonio, Wichita Falls, Corpus Christi, Tyler, Nacogdoches-Lufkin, and Beaumont.
The map was published by the Texas Department of Transportation and it is dated January 2002 in the lower margin. The code number in the corner is 010201.
The cover artwork includes a collage of highway scenes and state attractions. On an inside panel there's a portrait of Governor Rick Perry and his wife Anita.
