39 " Victorian Circular Painting of Cathedral with Landscape

Description

This is an interesting item I have owned for 30+ years.
I am not sure if this is a painting or some type of transfer- I personally do not see brush strokes
No signature on piece
Image is 39 inches circular( 39 is diameter)
Will require mounting if you wish to hang or can be used as a wall paper application

I had thought to decoupage this onto a tilt top table with a top in need of refinishing but the style no longer suits my current home
