Returns:
DOA
- all DOA (dead on arrival) items must be claimed within 72 hours. All DOA protected items are 100% refundable including shipping and handling fees.
New Items
- In case you are not satisfied with an item you have 7 days to return it. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You are also responsible for return shipping. Returns must be 100% complete, in original factory condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, inserts, warranty card(s), software, cables and accessories. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the original payment method used for purchase.
AS IS

Damaged Merchandise:
All items are covered by shipping insurance. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in transit, please notify the carrier and proceed with an insurance claim. Please do that with 3 days of delivery. After this time the carrier may refuse your insurance claim. After the claim is made we will ship same item to you if it is available or refund your purchase if not.
Warranty:
We offer an outstanding 1 YEAR WARRANTY on all hardware issues for our computers.
Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty. Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly. Warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs/upgrades.
Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty.
