How to use:
1. Add warm water 37C(98.6F) to the 300ml(10.144fl oz) scale position.
2.Put a bag of special saline( NOT included in the package) and mix well.
3. Choose the correct nozzle (children and adult).
4. Invert the bottle, press the bottom swith, water will be run out, press again to stop.
Correct posture: Tilt the upper body forward, look down, head slightly to the side, turn the bottle upside down, and then gently insert the tip into a nostril. Relax, open your mouth slightly, and breathe (through your mouth). Don't hold your breath, don't breathe through your nose. Press the valve button at the bottom of the water bottle and the solution will flow automatically. Do not squeeze the water bottle. The irrigating fluid will enter the nostrils and rinse the nose and sinuses and exit the other nostril. After rinsing one nostril, release the button to stop rinsing. Rotate to rinse both nostrils.
