There is one tiny quarter inch tear on the very edge and on the fold at the top white margin. There is also one tiny pin hole on one of the folds on the map. There is also very minor damage on the very edge of top right corner of the back cover of map. No writing. Please see all scans for the best description of the condition of this item.
