VINTAGE NYC MANHATTAN & THE BRONX COLORPRINT STREET MAP

I can't find a year anywhere on this item but it's obviously vintage.  Measurements all opened up are 21 5/8" x a little under 42", folded up in the outer cover it is 4 3/4" x 9 3/4".  Cover shows some light dinginess on the lighter areas and there is varying edge and corner wear, through the dark brown color on most edges.  Corner wear ranges from relatively light to roughish but cover is still intact and spine not split.  The map itself has a few short tears on fold lines in corner areas but not many and is fine otherwise, not brittle but like any paper map just needs handled with reasonable care.
