The top monitor doesnt display as this requires a game topper. The tse fooler card will allow the game to work but will be a blank screen on the top monitor.
Cards are used but has been tested and is in 100% working condition and ready for immediate shipping.

Due to this being software, improper installation and procedures can ruin/corrupt the game cards so there are no returns or refunds. Make sure when clearing the machine or installing new games the machine is powered down before removing or inserting new games.
